In Assassin's Creed: Revelations, a number of videos can be unlocked via the multiplayer aspect of the game, which is focused around you climbing up the Templar ladder. Definitely something to check out if you're thinking about making a modern day Templar, or even if you want to be just that much more aware as an Assassin. Interesting stuff.

Assassin's Creed III also had some videos to offer about Abstergo. Each video has two versions: the version Abstergo originally made and wants its viewers to see, and the Assassin-edited "hacks", which dissect and explain them.
